About the role

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Director Workforce Culture, Capability and Change provides strategic leadership across workforce capability, leadership, culture and organisational development.

This pivotal role is responsible for designing and delivering organisation‑wide strategies, programs and frameworks that strengthen workforce capability, support leadership effectiveness and enable organisational change aligned to TAFE NSW priorities.

About you 

You are an experienced, strategic leader with a strong track record in workforce capability, culture or organisational change within complex environments.

You bring:

  • Proven ability to influence and partner at executive level
  • Strength in translating strategy into scalable organisational outcomes
  • A collaborative, inclusive leadership style
  • Resilience and agility in navigating change
  • Experience in leading high‑performing teams
