About the role
TAFE NSW is seeking a motivated and organised individuals for a Casual Class Preparation Assistant position based at the Wollongbar Campus commercial kitchen and hospitality faculty. As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining hygiene and safety standards in relevant areas and equipment. This includes compliance with food storage and disposal guidelines, as well as classroom setup and food preparation.

An eligibility list may be created for any upcoming casual positions within the next 18 months.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about maintaining hygiene and food safety standards. You should be hands-on in managing equipment levels and ensuring quality control in our kitchens, cool rooms, freezers, and dry store areas.
