Location negotiable across NSW (depending TAFE NSW campus availability)

Temporary Full-time until March 2026

$135,320 package includes salary ($119,757 – $132,188), employer's superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

The Change Coordinator is responsible for supporting the design, development and implementation of change management to successfully adopt and embed changes (system, process, people and culture) and address impacts relating to implementing the change. This role is also responsible for supporting and implementing initiatives to address issues affecting project continuity including team member transition, knowledge retention and stakeholder relationships, ensuring project capability and momentum are maintained.

About You 

Your demonstrated experience in coordinating and supporting organisational change will see you working collaboratively within this small, dynamic, focused team.

You have experience developing and implementing change management activities to support successful project deployment, supporting organisational change delivery in a private or public sector organisation.

You can drive consistency and transparency throughout change management processes and documents to ensure alignment across the program, confidently providing practical support and with a focus on continuous improvement.
