$110,972 – $119,506 salary package - includes base salary ($97,771 - $105,290), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

The Business Support Officer provides a range of high-level administrative support services to assist in the management of contractual, performance, financial administration and relationship functions across ICT vendors supplying services to TAFE NSW. These services aim to facilitate the procurement and management of ICT vendor contracts and performance, provide financial administration services, team coordination, and administrative and logistical support to meet the needs of a technical team.

About you 

To be successful in this role you will have:-

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma or associate degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
  • Previous experience in records management and reporting tools including SAP, Ariba and ServiceNow or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing correspondence with diverse stakeholders and external suppliers combined with an understanding of finance processes and best practices including raising orders and receipting goods.

Highly Desirable: 

  • Understanding of NSW Government ICT procurement policies, frameworks, and contract models (e.g. ICTA, Core& and Buy NSW arrangements).
  • Demonstrated understanding of ICT procurement principles, practices, and governance frameworks.
  • Sound understanding of procurement legislation, policy, and governance as it relates to ICT procurement.
