$199,675 salary package - includes base salary $176,043, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
Are you ready to shape the future of business analysis and lead a high-performing team that drives outcomes across enterprise programs? Join TAFE NSW as our Business Analysis Practice Lead and make a life-changing impact.
This role leads the Business Analysis (BA) practice within the PMO to deliver consistent, high-quality analysis services across programs and projects. It is responsible for prioritising and assigning BA work, maintaining standards and tools, overseeing demand evaluation, uplifting capability, and ensuring business requirements are clearly defined and traceable to deliver effective solutions.

About You
You must be skilled at addressing complex challenges and managing competing priorities, demonstrating agility in adapting to evolving timelines and requirements. Effective communication across all organisational levels is crucial for establishing and maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships.
To be successful in this role, you will have:-
1. Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
2. Extensive experience in business analysis across both waterfall and agile methodologies, including the ability to lead complex analysis activities in a large and complex organisation
