$80,502 – $88,860 salary package - includes base salary ($70,926 - $78,289), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

We are building a talent pool for experienced and motivated Administration Support Officers to support our directors and team of senior managers across Western Sydney. These potential upcoming opportunities may be temporary or permanent, depending on business needs.

In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of daily activities. You will manage calendars and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Outlook, arrange travel bookings, and use Microsoft Teams to support communication and collaboration. You will also undertake a range of transactional and administrative tasks, while maintaining accurate records and preparing routine documentation.

This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of customer service. You will play a key role in supporting team operations and ensuring a positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

About you 

You are a highly organised and proactive administration professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring demonstrated experience providing administrative and operational support and are confident managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

You have strong communication skills and are comfortable responding to enquiries, preparing correspondence, and engaging with a range of stakeholders. You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Teams, and are confident using systems to manage information and records.

You take pride in being professional, reliable, and customer-focused, and you approach your work with a collaborative mindset. You are adaptable, able to prioritise effectively, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes that support team objectives.
