$131,911 - $142,056 salary package - includes base salary ($116,219 - $125,157), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
This role is responsible for delivering expert advice and guidance on both strategic and operational workforce planning to support TAFE NSW in building a resilient, future-ready workforce. The position plays a critical role in aligning workforce capabilities with organisational goals, ensuring that TAFE NSW can effectively respond to evolving educational demands, technological advancements, and policy changes.
By upholding TAFE NSW’s values, following policies and procedures, and placing the customer at the centre of decision-making, you will review workforce establishment data to identify trends and provide insights that inform future initiatives, contributing to meaningful workforce solutions that support operational needs and strategic objectives.
