Workforce Development Lead

Location negotiable across NSW (subject to campus availability) 

2x Temporary full-time positions (35 hours per week)

$145,605 – $160,719 salary package - includes base salary ($128,284 - $141,600), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

We have two vacant positions to fill, one is temporary full-time for six months and the other is temporary full-time for 12 months. A talent pool will also be created as part of this process.

This role leads the design and implementation of enterprise‑wide workforce development strategies and programs that strengthen organisational capability and position TAFE NSW for a future‑ready workforce.

It establishes and sustains strong, strategic partnerships across the organisation to ensure workforce initiatives align with corporate priorities, are grounded in best‑practice frameworks, and are supported through integrated operating models and effective change management.

About You 

To be successful for this position you must possess:

  • Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
  • Demonstrated experience in leading the development and implementation of organisational workforce development programs in complex operating environments
  • Demonstrated experience in instructional design and/or adapting and applying diverse learning styles
  • Demonstrated experience using adult learning theories and models and learning design in a professional setting
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement)
