$108,057 - $128,149 package includes base salary ($95,630-$113,411), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

We are seeking outstanding educators to inspire and mentor the next generation of Real Estate students at TAFE Digital.

As a TAFE NSW Teacher, your role is to guide and enhance the learning process. You will be passionate and motivated to share your extensive industry experience, and you will have proven experience in delivering training in an adult learning environment. This is your chance to build the skills, qualifications, and employability of our students, and support their career goals.

In this role you will deliver online teaching. As such, it will be important for you to have a demonstrated high level of digital literacy, including the ability to support online learners, and using a variety of digital platforms.

About You

To be successful in the role you will:

  • Have appropriate subject knowledge, skills and hold at minimum a Certificate IV in Property Services.
  • Hold a Certificate of Registration or hold a Real Estate Agent’s Licence in NSW.
  • Be highly regarded (but not essential) if you hold a Diploma of Property.
  • Have a minimum of three years post-qualification experience in industry relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously.
  • Provide evidence of holding the appropriate teaching qualifications to deliver Vocational Education and Training. See the candidate support document (here) for details
  • Be prepared to continue to develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.
