About the role

The role of the TAFE teacher as a professional educator is to help, construct, guide and enhance the educative process. The teacher delivers educational programs and facilitates learning, enabling students to achieve their desired outcomes. 

We’re seeking world-class educators to inspire the next generation of Plumbing students!

About You 

To be successful in the role you will:

  • Possess a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Plumbing 
  • Have a minimum of three (3) years post-qualification experience in the plumbing industry gained no longer than five (5) years previously.
  • Possess the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
  • Be prepared to continue to develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.

Highly Regarded:

  • Plumbing License (Contractor License, Endorsed Contractor Certificate or Qualified Supervisor Certificate)
