Package valued at $237,724 which includes salary ($210,015) per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

This position is responsible for leading, developing, maintaining and growing relationships with community, industry and government stakeholders at a regional and community level to help enhance TAFE NSW's presence and connection and support better learner, industry and community outcomes.

The position leads engagement activities to gather insights on regional/community needs to inform decision-making at an organisational level and leads partnership and growth activities to support delivery of high-quality education and training aligned to TAFE NSW's strategic plan and current and emerging industry needs.

Highly desirable: A strong connection to the preferred community, demonstrated through personal experience, professional contributions, or active community involvement.

We are currently looking to build a Talent Pool for any Permanent or Temporary opportunities that may arise over the next 18 months within the Illawarra Shoalhaven, South East & Tablelands and South Inland Communities.
