$135,320 package includes salary ($119,757 - $132,188), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role

You will be responsible for leading the execution and management of attraction, sourcing and assessment strategies to identify and secure high calibre candidates with specific industry experience. Leading a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors, you will partner with your dedicated customer groups utilising your expert industry insights, knowledge and networks to design and implement effective hiring activities to attract the best talent. 

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company culture, offering specialist advice to senior stakeholders whilst providing operational support in a high-volume environment. Additionally, you will support executive recruitment and play a key role in mobility processes.

This role requires you to build the capability for effective hiring decisions by supporting our hiring managers to plan and manage immediate resourcing needs and future requirements.

About You 

You’re an experienced and engaging recruitment leader who enjoys liaising with senior stakeholders on key issues and providing expert and influential advice. Your coaching and leadership skills will be essential to further develop the capabilities of an experienced team of Talent Advisors to support their customer groups to effectively meet workforce demands. You embrace innovation and creative thinking and enjoy driving a culture of achievement and continuous improvement.
