Salary Package up to $97,607 includes salary ($77,908 - 85,996) plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role 

We currently have an opportunity for a TAFE Services Coordinator to join the Student and Campus Services team based at the Yamba CLC. This is a campus based role and the successful candidate will need to work onsite.

The TAFE Services Coordinator (TSC) is responsible for working collaboratively with local functional areas including training delivery, student services, facilities management, and other corporate services.  The role ensures excellence in service experience at the CLC as well as optimising community, promoting inclusion and diversity including multicultural engagement. The CLC TSC is responsible for all operations at the CLC including front line customer service, assisting students with technology and managing all daily operations of the facility. Additionally, the TSC works with delivery teams for campus events, emergency management, and building collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.

About You

Applying your high level of customer service and can-do attitude, you are motivated and engaged to coordinate and facilitate on the ground services. You have demonstrated experience in establishing relationships and networking with various stakeholders and can build good rapport with your colleagues and community. You are technologically savvy with sound experience in the Microsoft Office Suite. Working independently, you are a self-starter and results driven team member who can problem solve whilst managing competing priorities. Most importantly you will be curious about how TAFE NSW operates in a regional town and be keen to bring your skills to support the campus. 

Essential Requirements: 

  • A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement). 
  • Certificate IV in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience. 
  • Demonstrated success in building rapport with a wide range of people and in monitoring and delivering services which meet customer requirements. 
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evening to align with TAFE operating hours.
