$209,114.55 package includes salary ($185,308.00), employer’s superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

This position is responsible for leading and directing facilities and asset management planning and operations across a TAFE NSW region. The role ensures delivery of corporate strategic and business objectives, compliance with regulatory standards, and achievement of high-quality performance outcomes.

A critical focus of the role is people leadership, leading and supporting geographically dispersed teams, building capability, and guiding staff through change to deliver consistent, customer-focused outcomes. Equally important is stakeholder engagement, working collaboratively with regional managers, business leaders, and service providers to strengthen relationships and deliver facilities that provide a safe, positive and high-quality experience for students, staff and visitors.

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Relevant degree/qualification or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience managing facilities and asset operations across diverse sites
  • Strong people leadership: building capability, leading through change, driving performance
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels
  • Experience delivering services via in-house and contracted providers
  • Track record of driving change and service delivery improvements
  • Ability to meet focus capabilities in the Position Description
  • A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement)
