$222,700 package includes salary $197,662, employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role
Institute of Applied Technology (IAT) is looking for Senior Manager Operations for their Meadowbank campus.
The Senior Manager Operations is responsible for providing leadership to teaching teams and operational management of the site, to deliver high levels of performance and excellence in customer experience.
In this role you will deliver and report against annual key IAT accountabilities to ensure TAFE NSW strategic objectives are achieved and within allocated budget/funding ensuring adequate resources are available to achieve business objectives. You will also lead and support the IAT teams to meet TAFE NSW’s objectives for excellence in education and training, overseeing the delivery plan and commercial partnerships ensuring students have an outstanding learning experience.
You will also represent TAFE NSW at key internal and external functions and forums with University, Industry, and community stakeholders: contributing to collaborative relationships for mutual benefit and maximising opportunities for promotion of TAFE’s reputation and services including through effective hand-off of business development opportunities.
This recruitment will also be used to create a Talent Pool that may be used to fill position(s) of the same classification that subsequently becomes vacant at Institute of Applied Technology Meadowbank or Kingswood campus.
