$135,320 package includes salary ($119,757 – $132,188), employer's superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
As a Change Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the design and implementation of change management initiatives to successfully embed and sustain change. You will coordinate change activities, address potential barriers, and help maintain project momentum by providing practical change support to teams and stakeholders.
About You
You are an experienced Change professional who has supported organisational change projects in either a Change Analyst or Change Coordinator role. You excel at driving consistency and transparency throughout change management processes and documentation. You confidently provide practical support with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement. You possess strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively.
