$230,592 salary package - includes base salary ($203,592), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
This role plays a key role in embedding human‑centred design at scale across TAFE NSW’s digital ecosystem, strengthening design maturity and customer outcomes. Leading UX, UI and research practices, you will champion accessible, user‑focused design while working closely with senior leaders and delivery teams to turn ideas into practical, high‑quality digital solutions that make a real difference. The role is focused on delivering consistent, accessible and effective digital experiences that meet user needs and support organisational outcomes.
