Base Salary range of $104,778 - $110,083 plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
The Senior Field Support Officer holds a multifaceted role, providing both virtual and onsite ICT support to staff, students, and key stakeholders across various locations. Their primary focus is on delivering exceptional customer support. Leveraging their robust technical expertise, they address a wide spectrum of service requests from the Digital Solutions Group. These requests cover diverse areas, including complex matters related to computer systems, hardware, software, and infrastructure. Their goal is to optimize the utilisation of Digital Solutions Groups’ resources and available systems.
About You
You’ll love this role if you have strong technical expertise and enjoy sharing your knowledge to elevate the team’s understanding and knowledge. You will have excellent technical skills to service wide-ranging troubleshooting requests, and you are confident to recommend solutions in a timely manner.
You will have the initiative to tackle complex issues and escalate issues to maintain policy and technology standards. You have impeccable communication skills, are analytical, organised and a natural problem solver. You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your team and taking initiative.
