Location negotiable across TAFE NSW (pending campus availability)

1 x Permanent Full-time and 5 x Temporary Full-Time

$88,427 - $97,607 package includes base salary ($77,908 - $85,996 per annum) plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

The Strategic Projects Team support delivery of the schools’ programs including TAFE-delivered Vocational Education and Training, School Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships and Alternate Pathways and Programs, and currently have multiple opportunities available (1 x Permanent Full-time and 5 x Temporary Full-Time) to join our team.

We are seeking Project Support Officers to play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of schools-based projects. In this role, you will:

  • Provide high-quality administrative and data management support.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and support effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records and respond to a wide range of enquiries.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes.

You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly, and your ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism will be highly valued.
