Location Negotiable State-wide (pending TAFE NSW campus availability)

Full-time, Temporary until June 2027

$74,912 – $82,688 p.a. plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

Be at the forefront of transforming education as a Project Support Officer with TAFE NSW’s Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) Professional Learning Program.

Support the successful delivery of high-impact education initiatives across NSW by providing agile, high-level coordination and project support. Your strong organisational skills, stakeholder focus, and adaptability will drive progress across multiple project streams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

About you 

We are looking for passionate and engaged individuals who can meet the following:

  • Hold a Certificate IV in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills and proven ability to prioritise workflows and meet strict deadlines in a high volume, complex environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on positive and professional stakeholder engagement.
  • Thrive in fast-paced settings, demonstrating flexibility, and supporting successful project delivery.

Desirable: Experience and knowledge in Early Childhood Education and Care.
