Total Remuneration Package $178,647.30 includes salary of $158,152.00 pa plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence
To tackle skill shortages in priority areas, TAFE NSW is launching the TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence (MCoE), which is a joint initiative between the Australian Government and NSW Government under the National Skills Agreement. The TAFE NSW MCoE is an agile approach to skills acquisition, connecting industry and education partners to foster innovative training pathways and enhance core manufacturing skills.

About the role
As Manager Student Support, you’ll lead a dynamic and passionate team to ensure that a full suite of student support services is delivered and meet high levels of performance and excellence in customer experience. This position is tasked with fostering a culture of collaboration and community within the MCoE’s for students, providing meaningful services to support individuals in reaching their potential and maintaining student engagement in the learning process. The successful candidate will be based at one of the MCoE campuses at either Newcastle, Wetherill Park or Wollongong, and must be willing to travel regionally as required to the other two MCoE campuses.

You are an established leader experienced in managing, motivating and inspiring a team to deliver high quality customer focused outcomes. You are innovative and have an ambition to drive change in delivering the best customer journey possible. You have effective communication skills, with a natural problem solving ability to drive best business practice for our customers and stakeholders.
