Full-time Permanent

$209,114.55 package includes salary ($185,308.00), employer’s superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role

As the Manager Shared Service Integration, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality and efficient financial transaction processing services across TAFE NSW. You will oversee the integration of outsourced shared services, lead a team of finance specialists, and drive continuous improvements in systems, processes, and service delivery. Your leadership will directly support critical finance functions, including Accounts Payable, Receivables, Master Data Management, Banking, and Fixed Asset Management, ensuring that service levels and compliance standards are consistently met.

This role offers the opportunity to influence financial operations at scale, optimise processes through innovation and technology, and provide strategic advice that supports decision-making at the executive level.

Location is negotiable across the Sydney Region TAFE NSW campuses with an expectation of regular travel within the Ultimo and Parramatta regions. Please note your preferred campus location is not guaranteed and is subject to campus availability at the time of offer. 

About You 

You are a people-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments. With strong leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills, you bring people together, build a high-performing team, and deliver results through change. You are confident managing outsourced providers, resolving escalations, and providing credible advice to executives, while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

You will also bring:

  • Degree qualifications with professional accounting membership.
  • Proven success managing shared services to deliver on KPIs and SLAs.
  • Strong leaderships skills with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders.
  • Agility and time management to achieve outcomes in evolving business environments.
  • Solid expertise in financial processes (AP, AR, Master Data, Banking, Asset Management).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, Ariba, Concur, AI invoice processing, and ServiceNow.
