Temporary Full-time until December 2028
Total Remuneration Package $178,647. Package includes salary of $158,152 pa plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence
To tackle skill shortages in priority areas, TAFE NSW is launching the TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence (CoE), which is a joint initiative between the Australian Government and NSW Government under the National Skills Agreement. The TAFE NSW Manufacturing CoE is an agile approach to skills acquisition, connecting industry and education partners to foster innovative training pathways and enhance core manufacturing skills.

About the role
This role is responsible for establishing, leading and managing a consistent ‘fit for purpose’ approach to benefits management, realisation and evaluation activities for the TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence.
This role is accountable for ensuring a dynamic, iterative evaluation activities as well as formal evaluation and benefits reporting. This includes leading the engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
