Package valued at $201,939, which includes salary ($179,042) per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
As the Manager of Aboriginal Strategic Partnerships and Programs, you will be responsible for overseeing and negotiating commercial strategies with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and business leaders, aiming to drive growth, enhance performance, and achieve profitable outcomes that honour their cultural needs. You will also manage ongoing programs that support education and training services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, ensuring a positive student experience, effective administration, and alignment with the needs of external stakeholders.
In this role, you will play a key part in closing the gaps in prosperity, education, and employment by strengthening business partnerships and aligning priorities with employment trends. Your efforts will support self-determination for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, in line with the TAFE NSW Reconciliation Action Plan.
