About the role

We are seeking an inspirational educator to lead our Business Services section and become a key member of the team at Bradfield Senior College. As part of the senior leadership team, the Learning Coordinator plays a vital role in shaping and driving the school’s vision and values.  

This position offers a unique opportunity to influence innovative approaches to learning and contribute meaningfully to the development of a dynamic educational environment. 

About You 

We are seeking an exceptional leader who embodies innovation, collaboration, and leadership. Our ideal candidate will meet the following essential criteria: 

  • Tertiary teaching qualifications and Stage 6 experience in HSC 
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in delivering programs/projects, working with a diverse range of staff and students 
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with students, parents, and Bradfield staff 
  • Strong administrative skills and experience in planning and management of faculty resources 
  • Experience in and/or detailed knowledge of TAFE NSW, Department of Education and New South Wales Education Standards Authority policies and procedures.
