Based at the Institute of Applied Technology Kingswood TAFE Campus

Temporary Full-time (35-hour week) with flex time available until December 2024 with possible extension

$95,770.74 package includes salary ($84,756 - $89,047), employer's superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and high performing IT Support Officer to provide operational support across our newly built Institute of Applied Technology. As an incredibly complex organisation, it is crucial that you can effectively manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders.

The IT Support Officer is responsible for utilising prior knowledge and experience to deliver a combination of virtual and/or on-site assistance and support to staff, students, and key stakeholders. The position will listen to, diagnose, and resolve a range of intermediate to complex client requests. Additionally, there may be a requirement to work outside standard operating hours including weekends based on operational requirements.

Note: Travel to our Meadowbank Campus will be required from time to time based on operational needs.
