Permanent Part Time (21 hours / week)

$100,936 package includes salary ($89,730 - $106,416), employer's superannuation and annual leave loading (pro-rata)

About the role

Bring your current industry experience and knowledge in Disability and join our vibrant team of Teachers in this exciting permanent, part-time (21 hours / week) opportunity with location negotiable in our Upper Hunter Region (Cessnock / Maitland / Muswellbrook / Singleton).   

TAFE Teachers are professional educators who help, construct, guide and enhance the educative process. The successful candidate in this role will deliver educational programs and facilitate learning, enabling students to achieve their best outcomes.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and engaged individual who has the ability to meet the following Essential Requirements:

  • Diploma of Community Services or equivalent qualification in Disability (minimum)
  • Certificate IV TAE40122 / TAE40116 or equivalent, or Diploma / Degree in Adult Education
  • Three years post-qualification experience in Disability (minimum), gained no longer than five years ago
  • Commitment to maintaining and developing technical currency + VET knowledge and skills
