$91,081 - $100,536 salary package - includes base salary ($80,246 -$88,576), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
This role sits within the Course Development and Quality team and is ideal for someone passionate about inclusive education and looking to expand their impact across the organisation. You will provide essential administrative, technical, and coordination support to ensure our education and training products meet accessibility standards and support diverse learners.
Working closely with course development teams, faculty, and stakeholders, you’ll help embed inclusive design practices, review course content, and maintain records that support quality assurance. Contribute to meaningful change and champion inclusive learning environments!
About You
You are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating inclusive learning experiences. With a strong foundation in administration and coordination, you thrive in supporting accessibility initiatives and ensuring compliance with established standards. You bring experience in managing records and information systems, and you’re comfortable using technology to streamline processes and maintain accuracy.
Your ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively means you can work with diverse stakeholders, from course development teams to faculty, to embed inclusive design practices. You’re motivated by continuous improvement, able to identify issues and escalate appropriately, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes that make a real difference for learners.
