Temporary Full Time opportunity, up to 12 months

$107,740.01 package includes salary ($94,923 - $102,223), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

The Facilities Coordinator position is responsible for coordinating and delivering a diverse range of property and facilities services to a cluster of TAFE NSW sites through an inhouse facilities team and a range of contracted services providers, ensuring high standards of performance, customer service, safety, administration and compliance in line with the facilities management operational plan and service delivery model. This position also provides support for broader regional facilities and asset management programs and initiatives to meet operational and service delivery objectives.

This position will be located at Murwillumbah Campus and will require frequent travel to Casino, Ballina, Kingscliff & Byron CLC Campus’ via a TAFE NSW Fleet car and will be during work hours.

About You 

We are looking for driven and self-motivated individuals who have the capacity to meet the following Essential Requirements:

  1. Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
  2. Demonstrated experience assessing maintenance and repairs work requirements and coordinating services to perform work to specified standards.
  3. Experience supervising inhouse and/or external contracted services in the delivery of high standards of facilities management, repairs and maintenance work.
  4. Experience utilising computerised systems to support administration and work management activities.
  5. Willingness and ability to travel and work at sites across the regional network as required.
