$96,098 salary package - includes base salary $84,666, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and motivated individual with current industry knowledge and experience in Ageing & Disability Support/Human Services to join our team as an Education Support Officer (ESO). There are six permanent full-time positions available, with location negotiable subject to campus availability. Occasional travel to other campuses or locations may also be required based on business needs. Working within a team of Human Services professionals, the ESO is supervised by the Head Teacher. The role is responsible for a range of activities which support learners and enhance the student learning experience.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative and educational support to students, working across a range of digital systems to prepare, format and organise student learning materials, assessments and resources.
We are looking to build a Talent Pool from this recruitment process to fill upcoming permanent and temporary Education Support Officer positions.
Note: This role does not teach or prepare lessons or resources and does not deliver training, nor undertake assessment.
About you
You will love this role if you thrive on solving problems and helping others. You will be a part of a dynamic team, supporting students to successfully carry out tasks and understand their learning whilst creating an innovative and exciting educational environment. You will be technologically savvy with prior demonstrated experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and online meeting platforms like MS Teams to be able to support students both face to face as well as via connecting platforms.
To succeed, you will need strong organisational skills, attention to detail, confidence liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to work proactively across multiple priorities and geographical locations in a fast‑paced environment
