About the role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for leading the workforce services function to ensure operational efficiency, compliance and continuous service improvements to help enhance the employee experience and overall People Group (HR).
You will be responsible for overseeing HR systems management, workforce analytics, employee administration and payroll, to ensure seamless, compliant, and customer-focused service delivery.
You’ll drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across a geographically dispersed team, while aligning workforce services with broader organisational strategies. With a strong emphasis on governance, data integrity, and stakeholder collaboration, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of workforce operations at TAFE NSW.

About You
You bring a depth of experience in leading shared services functions within large multi-site organisations. You have a customer first focus, with a strong grasp of workforce systems, compliance, and service delivery, that embraces high-quality and responsive service levels. Your ability to align system integrations with business needs across cross-functional teams will be key to your success.
Your leadership style is inclusive and empowering, fostering collaboration and high performance across diverse teams. You communicate with impact, translating complex ideas into practical solutions while engaging stakeholders in meaningful dialogue. Outcome-oriented and quality-driven, you consistently deliver efficient, high-impact services that support strategic goals
