$ 216,278 salary package - includes base salary $ 190,867, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
The focus of the Digital Transformation Strategist role is to identify and analyse organisation and sector strategic issues and align the technology vision with business strategy to guide the development, implementation and governance of ICT strategies going forward.
This role is a key interface between Digital Solutions Group Strategy and Enterprise Architecture and the wider business.
This role is ongoing full time, with flexibility to work from one of over 150 TAFE NSW locations across the State.
About you
As a Digital Transformation Strategist, you will have extensive experience in user centred design, strategy development, business process reform, and automation. Experience in pioneering change in a complex, fast-paced environment and can undertake high-level research and analysis to support digital innovation.
You have impeccable communication skills, are analytical, organised and a natural problem solver. You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating and taking initiatives.
