Digital Support Analyst

Location Negotiable subject to TAFE NSW Campus availability 

Temporary Full-Time position until 30 June 2026

Base salary range of $100,748 - $105,846 p.a plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

As a Digital Support Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of development and operations within our organisation. Your focus will be on continuous improvement and the implementation of Service Management practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our delivery teams.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with development and operations teams, bridging gaps and streamlining processes. Proactively identifying areas for improvement and facilitating communication across different teams, you will propose innovative solutions to enhance digital support processes and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Providing technical assistance to users and IT teams, you will troubleshoot issues and contribute to documentation (including training materials) to ensure knowledge transfer and smooth operations within the organisation. Staying informed about industry trends and best practices, you play a vital role in shaping effective digital support strategies.

About you

You’re a proactive and solutions focused professional with experience supporting Agile development environments through continuous improvement initiatives. You’re confident working with ITSM practices to help reduce unplanned work and enhance service delivery. Your skills include low-code administration of ServiceNow, including creating catalog items, forms, and workflows. As a Digital Support Analyst, you will be supporting and administering a range of digital tools and technologies, such as Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Miro. Your strong communication and collaboration skills enable you to work effectively across teams and contribute to a culture of innovation and improvement.
