Delivery Coordinator 

State-wide Opportunity (subject to TAFE NSW campus availability) 

Temporary Full Time till 20 September 2026 

$128,069 package includes base salary ($112,834- $121,512) per annum plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role 

In this role, you will provide PMO services, project coordination assistance and assure the project controls to support to a program to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope. You will also prepare and maintain key project documentation and high-level communications and correspondence including briefings, reports, submissions, issue and risk registers and project reports to ensure the comprehensiveness, accuracy, and timeliness of written information. 

About You  

To be successful in the role, you will have:-  

  1. Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience. 

  1. Significant experience providing a range of project support services across a diverse range of high-profile Systems Group projects. 

Highly Regarded 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project/program/delivery coordinator role. 

  • Experience with project controls on a multi-year program such as financial forecasting, risks/issue/decision/action logs, scheduling support and preparing program board- and status reports. 

  • Worked within a PMO environment
