Base salary range of $115,151 - $127,104 p.a plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the TAFE NSW Strategy and Research team.
The Data and Insights Analyst (known internally as Training Profile Analyst) is responsible for undertaking an analysis of the demographic, employment and training market dynamics. You will be identifying market trends and designing and building data models and visualisations to support evidence-based decision-making across the organisation. You will provide actionable insights and potential implications for TAFE NSW’s training delivery profile. This is a full-time ongoing role with location negotiable at one of TAFE NSW’s campus locations across the state.
About You
You’ll love this role if you:
Have experience in undertaking research and analysing data using internal and external sources
Are skilled in analysing complex and interconnected data sources and can provide strategic advice and insights to varied audiences in visual and meaningful ways
Are adaptable, flexible and can work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high performing team
Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills and have knowledge of other statistical platforms, programming languages and visualisation tools such as VBA, Java, SQL, SPSS, Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau or similar.
