$110,972 - $119,506 salary package - includes base salary ($97,771 - $105,290) plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
The CRM Systems and Communications Administrator position contributes to the continued success of TAFE NSW by providing specialist CRM system and communications administration and project assistance for the implementation and management of world-class customer relationship management (CRM).
In this role, you will lead the implementation of a comprehensive multi‑channel CRM enquiry management solution, overseeing the planning, design and delivery of intuitive, customer‑centric CRM pages, forms and enquiry portals. You will also be responsible for configuring and optimising back‑end CRM functionality, including enquiry queues, routing and escalation rules, workflows, statuses, custom fields and SLAs, while ensuring clear, consistent and effective CRM messaging across web instructions, standard enquiry responses and automated communications.
About you
You bring relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience, with demonstrated expertise in CRM implementation and administration. You have significant experience delivering CRM projects from system implementation through to user testing, along with a strong understanding of CRM customer lifecycle concepts across marketing, sales, service and support, ideally within a higher education environment. You are skilled at analysing and streamlining customer‑facing business processes to maximise CRM capability, and you have a proven ability to lead, influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across multiple functions in large, complex organisations to achieve successful outcomes.
