Contract Specialist

Location Negotiable across NSW (subject to campus availability)

Temporary Full Time position, up to 30th June 2027

Base Salary $119,757.00 - $132,188.00 p.a. plus Superannuation and Annual Leave Loading

About the role

Reporting to the Contracts & Supplier Relationship Manager, your next role as the Contracts Specialist will be responsible for providing high level support and advice in the management and service delivery of all contracts across TAFE NSW. This includes managing procurement projects, implementing contract administration and governance, vendor and performance management, providing authoritative strategic and operational advice across the contract manager community, and reviewing continuous service improvement opportunities to ensure value for money agreements.

About You 

You are a true business partner and a strategic thinker, providing advisory services to our diverse stakeholders. You will be comfortable in managing a pipeline of work and identifying priorities. In addition to knowledge of NSW Government procurement policies and procedures, you have the ability to lead contract implementation and supplier performance management projects.

With demonstrated experience managing commercial relationships, including implementing contract governance, and implementing risk mitigation strategies, success will include driving customer service outcomes at TAFE NSW.

It is highly regarded if you hold experience in SAP Ariba (or similar) and social reporting.
