$185,836 package includes salary ($163,687), employer’s contribution to superannuation and leave loading.

About the role
As the Contract Performance Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the performance and continuous improvement of high-value and high-risk contracts across TAFE NSW. You will apply best practice methodologies and leverage procurement systems to deliver strong commercial and operational outcomes. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a commitment to excellence. Your expertise in contract management will be key to your success in this role.

You bring advanced skills in stakeholder engagement, governance, and performance improvement, and are confident navigating high-value, high-risk contracts.
