Contract Assurance Officer

Positions available in Macksville, Gilgandra, Broken Hill and Bega

Full time and part time temporary opportunities until December 2025

Base Salary $91,272 - $98,291 p.a plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role

The Contract Assurance Officer plays a vital role in implementing, delivering, and managing the performance of delivery contracts to ensure consistent compliance, quality standards, and statewide achievement of contractual obligations. In this position, you will empower young people to overcome challenges and pursue their education, making a meaningful and lasting impact.

Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure the seamless delivery of services tailored to meet diverse needs. This includes planning courses, developing resources, tracking performance data, and ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards. This dynamic and rewarding role combines operational expertise with the opportunity to drive significant social impact.

You will be working on the Early School Leavers and Start Your Future initiatives, contributing to the transformative goals of the Education Pathways Program.

2x full time temporary positions, one available in Macksville and another in Bega.

2x part time temporary positions, one available in Gilgandra (14 hours p/w) and another in Broken Hill (21 hours p/w).

We are also looking to build an E List for a potential upcoming temporary full time positions in the Northern Beaches.

About You 

To succeed in the role, you will have proven experience in coordination, implementation and monitoring of educational contracts and a passion for empowering young people.

Your strong organisational skills and attention to detail ensure you can manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines. You thrive in a collaborative environment, where your ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and stakeholders fosters positive relationships.

Proven technical skills, particularly in data analysis and Excel spreadsheets, will ensure your success in this role.
