$91,081 - $100,536 salary package - includes base salary ($80,246 - $88,576), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

As a Content Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of digital content across a range of systems and publishing platforms, for both internal and external customers. Working within a high-volume content team, you will be responsible for reading, uploading, updating, and publishing content across a variety of enterprise systems, including Sitecore (website), PeopleSoft, eBS, Curms, eChecklist, ServiceNOW, Oracle Service Cloud (CRM), SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and Optus SMS. Your role will involve navigating system integrations, trouble-shooting issues, and ensuring content is delivered seamlessly to meet operational and business needs. You will maintain templates and guidelines, follow approved processes and workflows, provide basic system support, contribute to improvements, and work with teams to ensure content is accurate, consistent and published on time.

This role operates in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and precision are critical. The team produces approximately 30,000 pieces of content annually, including course information and other general website content, incident and emergency comms, staff and student knowledge, student emails, and SMS communications.

About You

You will thrive in this role if you enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and take pride in delivering accurate and timely digital content. You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy solving technical challenges to support team objectives.

You will be a collaborative and proactive team member who is technologically savvy, with demonstrated experience working across a wide range of digital platforms and enterprise systems. Your ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines, and communicate clearly with stakeholders, will ensure content is published efficiently across multiple platforms, directly supporting business outcomes.

To be considered for this role you will have: 

  • Certificate IV in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and industry experience.
  • Experience using corporate systems for document or data management (e.g. EBS, PeopleSoft, SharePoint, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Content Management System (CMS)

Highly regarded 

  • Experience using reporting tools and/or dashboards, such as Power BI
  • Experience using project management tools, such as Jira and Confluence
