      Permanent Part Time (3 days/week)

      Salary package of $80,502 - $88,860 which includes salary ($70,926 – $78,289) p.a. plus employers’ contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading (pro rata)

      About the role 

      As a Connected Learning Centre (CLC) Support Officer, you’ll help ensure the smooth daily delivery of teaching and learning at TAFE NSW. Working closely with the Manager TAFE Services, you’ll provide essential administrative support, assist teachers with non‑educational needs, and be a welcoming first point of contact for students.

      You’ll guide learners to the right support services, help them navigate TAFE NSW systems and technology, prepare learning spaces, and work with Teaching staff to support attendance and retention. With a strong customer‑service focus, you’ll resolve enquiries, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and student‑centred environment.

      • This role is Permanent Part Time – 3 days per week.
      • This role is advertised with a full-time equivalent salary. Please note that if you are employed on a part-time basis, the salary will be prorated according to the hours you work.

      About You 

      You are someone who:

      • Has the ability to work a rotating roster with flexible shifts between 6am – 9pm as per business requirements 

      Essential Criteria 

      • A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).
      • Certificate IV in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
      • Ability, willingness to work nights, and weekends according to course timetabling and scheduling (shift work).

      Highly Desirable:  

      • Driver License
