Total Remuneration Package $191,958 includes base salary $170,090 pa plus superannuation and leave loading.

About the role
This position is responsible for the design, development and implementation of change management to successfully adopt and embed changes and address impacts relating to a large-scale ERP upgrade program. This role is also responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to address issues affecting project continuity ensuring project capability and momentum are maintained.
The role is associated with a digital platform upgrade that will impact the entire TAFE NSW organisation (both administrative staff as well as teachers). The project scope is a technical upgrade be design, with minimal business process change to aid a successful delivery. Therefore, consistent messaging to the business is critical. Regardless, there will be unavoidable changes to look and feel, as well as to certain processes, resulting in a recognised need for awareness and training.
About You
To excel in this position, you must be adept at integrating various projects and tasks to achieve cohesive outcomes. Your extensive expertise in change management methodologies, combined with a proven track record of driving significant organisational transformations, will be essential.
Effective communication across all organisational levels is crucial for establishing and maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships. You must be skilled at addressing complex challenges and managing competing priorities, demonstrating agility in adapting to evolving timelines and requirements. Your comprehensive skill set, and flexibility will be key to achieving positive results in this role.
Ideally, you have led large-scale change management programs within enterprise or government settings. Experience in change management within educational environments and teams will be highly regarded.
To be successful in this role, you will have:-
Degree qualification in related field OR equivalent significant experience relevant to the role
Demonstrated experience in the leading, managing, coordinating and supporting organisational change delivery in a large private or public sector organisation
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing change management plans to support successful project deployment
