Contract Assurance Officer  

Broken Hill, Gilgandra and Northern Beaches Campuses 

 1x Temporary Full Time and 2 x Temporary Part-Time positions until 31st December 2025 

$111,064 package includes salary ($91,272 - $98,291), employer's superannuation and annual leave loading (Pro-Rata)

About the role 

We are seeking three Contract Assurance Officers to join our team as follows: 

  • Gilgandra campus – 1 x Temporary part-time position – 14 hours per week 
  • Broken Hill campus - 1 x Temporary part-time position – 21 hours per week 

  • Northern Beaches campus – 1 x Temporary full -time position – 35 hours per week 
The Contract Assurance Officer plays a vital role in implementing, delivering, and managing the performance of delivery contracts to ensure consistent compliance, quality standards, and state-wide achievement of contractual obligations. 

Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure the seamless delivery of services tailored to meet diverse needs. This includes planning programs, developing resources, tracking performance data, and ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards. This dynamic and rewarding role combines operational expertise with the opportunity to drive significant social impact. 

You will be working on the Early School Leavers and Start Your Future initiatives, contributing to the transformative goals of the Education Pathways Program. 

About You  

To succeed in the role, you will have proven experience in coordination, implementation and monitoring of educational contracts and a passion for empowering young people. 

You have exceptional customer service skills with the ability to provide accurate advice to internal and external stakeholders on compliance requirements. You are able to multitask and prioritise your workload, whilst at times working within limited time frames.  

To be considered for this role you will have: 

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline OR equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.  

Highly Desirable 

  • Proven technical skills, particularly in data analysis and Excel spreadsheets.
