About the role

Bring your current industry experience and knowledge in Inclusive Education and join our vibrant teaching team in this casual role, based at our Wollongong campus.

TAFE Teachers are professional educators who help, construct, guide, and enhance the educational process. The successful candidate in this role will deliver educational programs and facilitate learning, enabling students to achieve their best outcomes 

About You 

To be successful in the role, you will:

1. Hold appropriate subject knowledge, skills, and vocational qualifications in the discipline and a commitment to maintain technical currency. 

2. Have a minimum of three years post-qualification experience in Inclusive Education gained no longer than five years previously.

3. Evidence of holding the appropriate teaching qualifications to deliver Vocational Education and Training. See the candidate support document (here) for details

4. Be prepared to continue to develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.

Highly Regarded: Diploma or Degree in Inclusive Education
