$91,081 - $100,536 salary package - includes base salary ($80,246 - $88,576), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
The Business Systems Support Helpdesk Officer is responsible for the delivery of customer-focused helpdesk, and complex data remediation processes on the Student Services business systems to support successful and efficient customer service delivery.
The Business Systems Support Helpdesk Officer is responsible for responding to helpdesk enquiries, actioning support tickets, and providing phone-based support to customers and stakeholders. The role involves troubleshooting system issues, investigating complex cases, maintaining data integrity, and delivering high-quality customer service while supporting the effective operation of business systems.
In addition to the current Temporary Full Time opportunity until December 2026, we are also looking to build a Talent Pool for upcoming permanent and/or temporary opportunities in our Student Services Team!

Your excellent communication skills allow you to navigate complex data remediation processes and deliver efficient support across multiple channels.
