$122,593 package includes base salary ($108,494- $116,838) per annum plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
The Business Analyst, provides critical research, data analysis and reporting and recommends solutions that will drive strategic and operational business decisions to optimise business unit service quality, efficiency and performance.
You will extract, analyse and interpret data from various sources, turning data and information into insightful reports and presentations that support business decisions and performance monitoring.
In this role you will also identify business unit challenges and opportunities for improvement, proposing actionable solutions based on thorough analysis and an understanding of the business unit’s strategy and operational needs. You will also collaborate with diverse stakeholders to define business requirements and the scope for business analysis activities.

To be successful in this role, you will have:-
Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
Demonstrated experience researching, analysing and reporting on business performance, systems and/or processes.
Demonstrated experience providing advice regarding technical or detailed subject matter.
Highly Regarded:
Holds International Institute of Business Analysis, Australia (IIBA) certification or similar
