$74,816.80 package includes salary $66,212.00 employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role
The Administration Officer – CHEC (Coffs Harbour Education Campus) is responsible for performing a range of administrative, clerical, financial and customer service activities to support the team and the efficient and effective operations of the CHEC corporate function and learning site. You will work with a small team in Facilities Management at this shared site, which is comprised of TAFE NSW, Southern Cross University & Coffs Harbour Senior College (Dept of Education).
About You
You will have experience providing administrative support and customer services, working with a range of software applications as well as administrative and financial corporate data systems, including word processing, databases, electronic file management systems and presentations.
You will be customer focused and have excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to assist with administrative, customer service and other team activities through the use of a range of communication channels such as face-to-face, phone, email, internet and other electronic media. You will be able to juggle tasks with numerous stakeholders and competing priorities with a calm and friendly approach.
