Permanent Full-Time Part-Year (35 hours per week for 41 weeks per year)

Salary of $66,212 - $73,085 p.a. plus employers’ contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading (pro-rata)

About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Assistant where you will be responsible for providing timely, efficient support to the learning and teaching section, while ensuring exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholder. Key tasks in this role include the design, development and production of teaching aids, day-to-day operational and classroom support to teachers, and organising the availability and maintenance of teaching tools and equipment.

About You

Bring your passion for the Plumbing Industry and strong organisational skills to our team. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively, paired with excellent customer service, will ensure success in this dynamic role.

Essential Requirements

  • A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).
  • Trade qualifications appropriate to the role and trades area and/or relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to service, clean, repair and safely operate workshop machinery.
  • Demonstrated application of practical, administration and computer skills to support supply, stores, maintenance, warehouse related duties and record keeping or similar activities.
  • Demonstrated customer service, organisational skills and ability to work as a member of a team with minimal supervision.
  • As required, possession of or willingness to obtain prior to commencement of employment, the following:
    • Valid Working with Children Check
    • First aid certificate
    • Forklift license
