$103,133 package includes salary ($91,272.00 - $98,291.00), employer's superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

This position coordinates school and student engagement programs across IAT sites at Meadowbank, Kingswood, and offsite locations, ensuring delivery and accessibility align with the Student Benefits Program Charter.

You will lead engagement activities in collaboration with TAFE NSW and NSW Department of Education representatives, and take charge of planning, promoting, delivering, and evaluating events. The role also contributes to ongoing continuous improvement processes that enhance student benefits and experiences.

About You

We are seeking a passionate and experienced coordinator who loves creating engaging experiences for students, no matter where they are. You have a strong background in organising student programs and events for diverse groups, including those learning online or across different locations. You're skilled at using a mix of channels, whether it's face-to-face, online, or through social media, to bring these programs to life.

As a part of this role, you are required to be on location during events and may be required to travel when needed.

Highly Regarded:

  • Experience in schools engagement from Stages 1-6
  • Broad stakeholder engagement experience
  • Event/Project Management experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:-

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
  • Experience in coordinating student engagement program activities and events for student cohorts with diverse needs and geographically dispersed and/or online.
  • Experience in organising and delivering student engagement program activities and events using different medium and channels, including face-to-face, online and social media platforms.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as per business requirements
