We invest in our people

At TAFE NSW, you will discover a diverse, dynamic, and collaborative environment, where you can innovate, create value, and do meaningful work.

About the role

The Product Researcher is responsible for gathering and analysing data to inform the evaluation of course production for the development of current and emerging training products.

In doing so, you will be exposed to and gain knowledge of broad networks across the organisation. If you are ready to work within a high-achieving team and broaden your skill set then we encourage you to show your interest.

About You

You are a proactive and adaptable professional with a strong ability to research, analyse, and interpret complex information—particularly in the context of training products and the Vocational Education and Training environment. You thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings and are comfortable adjusting your approach when project goals shift. Your experience working with data in Excel enables you to collate, manipulate, and present insights clearly to support decision-making and course development.

You work confidently both independently and collaboratively, engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders to share findings and contribute to strategic outcomes. With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring that your work is informed, relevant, and impactful.
